Before the store went live, we built a custom coming-soon page that collected sign-ups. More than 1 in 7 visitors joined the list before launch, an audience the brand would otherwise have missed. Those sign-ups became the audience for our launch emails. When the full Shopify store opened, it kept capturing leads, and within four months the email list had grown 2.5×.
The list came from the coming-soon page we built for the store. We wrote to it with custom HTML emails. Newsletter-style sends showed the product and the influencers wearing it. Offer emails and pop-up announcements kept the build-up going. The launch emails had every product clickable and shoppable in one click. Open rates stayed well above the industry average across every campaign.
A spin-the-wheel pop-up gives visitors a reward for their email. It was the brand's first lead-gen campaign that worked. We then fixed the pricing problem with a box calculator: customers build their bundle and enter their email to see the final price. That one tool answers the pricing question and grows the list.
We built a price catalogue and put it behind an email sign-up. To see prices, visitors join the email list and the catalogue goes straight to their inbox. Every price check becomes a lead the practitioner can contact and book in.
We did a strategic redesign built around navigation. A proper homepage now shows every category and every brand the store carries. Banners send people somewhere useful, and the layout always makes the next click obvious. The store now makes more sales from less than half the traffic: conversion jumped from 1.95% to 6.89% and sales grew 56%.
