Why Samplerat a glance

Sampler is a theme for shops that sell digital products: ebooks and guides, courses, templates, presets, fonts, printables, music and sample packs, software and memberships. It has soft paper colours, a friendly serif and generous spacing, and the home page reads simply: a hero, your collections, featured products, three reasons to buy, your story, your social photos and a sign-up.

It is built for the one thing a buyer can't do with a file: hold it before paying. Product pages say plainly what's in the download, which file types and sizes it comes in, what it works with and how the files arrive, and each fact only shows once you've filled it in. Products that don't need shipping are labelled as downloads, with no shipping talk, so a shop with nothing set up still looks finished.

What sets it apart is trying and trusting. Shoppers can drag a before and after inside the product gallery, play audio previews, flick through sample pages, download a free sample or open a live demo. Licence choices such as Personal and Commercial show as cards with what each one allows, with a comparison below. Course pages add up modules, lessons and running time, bundles show the real saving against buying separately, and signed-in customers see when they already bought something. It comes in nine styles, from soft paper to dark plum, bright yellow and cobalt.
